Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 20, 2026

This website is run by Happy Pony Party LLC, doing business as Pony Parties Express, a family farm in Clayton, Wisconsin. This page explains what we collect when you visit or send us an inquiry, what we do with it, and what you can do about it.

What you send us

When you fill out an inquiry form, we receive what you type: your name, email, phone number, event date, event type, city or zip, guest count, organization, and any message. The form is handled by our website host, Netlify, which stores the submission and emails it to us. Along with your inquiry, the form sends how you first found our site: where you came from and the page you first landed on, which your browser keeps from your first visit.

We use it to answer you, quote your event, and plan the visit if you book. We do not sell it.

What the site measures

We use three tools to see how people find and use the site. Each one sets cookies or uses similar technology in your browser.

  • Google Analytics counts visits and records which pages you view, the device and browser you use, your approximate location, and whether you sent an inquiry.
  • Meta Pixel tells Facebook and Instagram that you visited and whether you sent an inquiry, so we can measure our ads and show them to people who have already visited.
  • Microsoft Clarity records how visitors click, scroll, and move around a page, including replays of visits, so we can see where a page is confusing.

These companies handle that data under their own privacy policies.

Your choices

  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
  • Google offers a browser add-on that turns off Google Analytics: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  • You can manage the ads Meta shows you in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.
  • To see, correct, or delete an inquiry you sent us, email us at the address below and we will take care of it.

Children

Our parties are for kids, but this site is for the parents and organizers who book them. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us their information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
